Send your premade wig in to get fully customized! Wig customization includes: bleached knots, wash with heated deep conditioning treatment, plucked hairline, optional baby hair, and your pick of styling. Processing time for this service is 4-10 business days from the day we receive your order. After your order, please send your wig to:

Please note the guidelines for this service:
1. Your premade wig must be brand new. Silk based lace isn't accepted at this time. Customization for a wig that has already been worn is not available. You are welcome to color your wig prior to sending it in.
2. You must include your name and order number either on your package or inside of it with your name (same as on the order) and order number.
3. Your hair must be sent in within 4-6 business days of your order. Packages still not sent after 6 days are subject to cancellation. If you are unable to get your hair sent in by the times stated, please send us an email at info@floweryunits.com.
4. Styling options include: straight, curls (layers with discretion) , crimps, natural state (deep wave, curly), or unstyled. Due to potential loosening of curls, curly hair or deep wave hair are unable to be styled with heat.
5. Please double check all your selections as your order will come exactly as you selected.
6. If you're sending in multiple wigs, this service needs to be added to your cart for each individual wig.
8. Rush Service is available for the service only. Shipping times when the package is in transit is dependent upon which option you choose for shipping. Rush Service processing times are as follows: uncolored construction and styling 1-3 days, construction with coloring 1-6 days.
