Please note the following:

1. Wig Maintenance includes: wash, heated deep condition, styling, ends trimming (if needed), and elastic band replacement (if desired).

2. Please ensure wig is fully dried and is not matted prior to shipping. If your wig is matted, a de-matting service is available.

3. If you are unsure if a closure or frontal replacement is needed, please send us an email (info@floweryunits.com) and we can advise.

4. Wig Refresh takes 3-7 business days to be completed starting the day your wig is received by us.
