Wig construction includes: construction, lace customization (bleached knots, plucked hairline, optional baby hair), wash with heated deep conditioning treatment, optional combs and adjustable elastic band, and your pick of styling. Please note the guidelines for this service:
1. Your lace must be brand new and bundles uncut. Silk based lace isn't accepted at this time. Construction with lace that has already been worn is not available. You are welcome to color your hair prior to sending it in.
2. You must include your name and order number either on your package or inside of it with your name (same as on the order) and order number. Please specify what size as well.
3. Your hair must be sent in within 4-7 days of your order. Packages still not sent after 7 days are subject to cancellation. If you are unable to ship your hair within the stated time frame, please contact us at info@floweryunits.com.
4. Styling options include: straight, curls (optional layers with discretion) , crimps, natural state (deep wave, curly), or unstyled. Due to potential loosening of curls, curly hair or deep wave hair are unable to be styled with heat.
5. Please double check all your selections as your order will come exactly as you selected.
6. If you're sending in multiple sets of hair for construction, this service needs to be added to your cart for each individual wig.
7. Rush Service is available for the service only. Shipping times when the package is in transit is dependent upon which option you choose for shipping. Rush Service processing times are as follows: uncolored construction and styling 1-3 business days, construction with coloring 1-6 business days.
